What's THE E-POSTLE's Publication Schedule...
…and why’s it serializing from Halloween Night to Christmas Morning?
THE E-POSTLE’s opening scene is Halloween, 2006, as Jacob (aka e-Zeus)—along with mom Abigail and lifelong friend Patricia—stargazes and hands out goodies to trick-or-treaters. The story wraps up at daybreak, Christmas morning.
Releasing and publishing the chapters during the same time frame this year makes sense.
After the first chapter goes live at sunset on Halloween, the next four chapters land each Saturday. I hit the publish button on the following three on the Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend.
Once the calendar flips to December, I speed it up a bit with a new chapter going live every Wednesday and Saturday for the first three weeks. That leaves three chapters, which will see daylight on December 21, 23, and 25. I don’t publish on Christmas Eve, and the one that releases on Christmas Day is less than a page. Reverse Spoiler Alert. ;-)
